On the banks of the Jordanne river, this bright and pleasant apartment is composed on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen, open to the living room with access to a small terrace with a view of the river. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: the first (with a 140 cm bed) opens onto a balcony which overlooks the river, the second offers a lovely view of the small Vic square. (2 bunk beds 90). Apartment equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a stove (oven and electric hob), a refrigerator combined with a freezer, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, free WIFI access.
In the immediate vicinity of the Saint-Géraud abbey church, this typical neighborhood with old houses offers a village feel. On site, a bakery, a grocery store, a butcher's and delicatessen. Free parking in the area, and there is a bus stop nearby. Rental of sheets and towels, cleaning service at the end of the stay, 10% on the second week, charges included except electricity in winter. Tourist tax not included.
